The Signature Verification Process is completely defective and must be remedied in states and jurisdictions that allow All-Mail and No Excuse Absentee ballots before the 2024 election!

Despite warnings from the Leftwing Carter Foundation for over a decade, recent shifts towards promoting All-Mail and No Excuse Mail-In Ballots have exposed a glaring vulnerability in election security.

Mail-in ballots represent a substantial threat to secure elections. Despite previous claims of minimal fraud (0.0002%) associated with mail-in ballots, recent revelations indicate that misplaced decimal points obscured the reality. Over 20% of mail-in voters commit fraud, meaning as much as 40% of all mail-in ballots could be cast fraudulently, significantly impacting the integrity of the electoral process.

The truth is that once a mail-in ballot has been delivered to a drop box or US Post Office, there is zero chance of relying on any reasonable security to confirm that any mail-in ballot is legally cast. Hence the Left’s Count All Votes movement.  

In the 2020 election, 88% of all votes cast in Arizona State were by mail.  

Mail-in ballots inject a disruptive element into the chain of custody, posing challenges in verifying their authenticity and confirming they originated from the registered voter indicated on the envelope. Signature verification, often rushed due to the high volume of ballots, is a significant hurdle. Volunteers, after a basic 30–45-minute introductory tutorial, are certified to uphold election security, facing the demanding task of high-speed verification—averaging 10 seconds per ballot and handling hundreds daily.

This contrasts starkly with the extensive training forensic handwriting experts undergo, resulting in error rates of 10-20%. The stark difference underscores that our ballot-curing signature verification process is more of a theatrical gesture than a robust security measure.

Adding to the concern, once a mail-in ballot is detached from an individual, akin to cash laundering schemes, tracing any potential crime becomes nearly impossible, effectively "cleaning" the ballot of any traceability. This underscores the vulnerability of our current system and emphasizes the need for comprehensive reforms to ensure the integrity of our elections.

ARIZONA URGENT CALL TO ACTION:  

Last Monday, "bipartisan" election omnibus bills, SB1733/HB2785, were introduced in the Arizona Legislature, carrying significant signature verification policies. However, two alarming loopholes exist, allowing radical left ballot-harvesting organizations to exploit our electoral system.

We must HOLD THESE BILLS until crucial amendments have been made to correct catastrophic loopholes.

Voter Assistant Loophole (Pg 25): The proposed language allows early ballots to bypass signature verification if a voter assistant signature is present. This opens the door for ballots to be tampered with, and election officials would be handcuffed, and forced to process potentially compromised ballots.

Early Vote Center Loophole (Pg 29-30): This loophole permits early ballots to skip signature verification if a voter presents their ID at a voting location. However, bad actors could exploit this by submitting multiple ballots and co-mingling verified and non-verified ballots without adequate chain of custody or reconciliation reporting.

Handcuffing Board of Supervisors (Pg 33): The bill mandates certification without question, preventing the Board of Supervisors from challenging election canvass and certification even in the face of blatant evidence of maladministration or fraud. Section C under 16-642 must be removed for accountability.

The contentious debate over hand counting of ballots. Gould aims to shield supervisors from threats and intimidation, asserting their right to choose the primary method of vote tabulation.

Gould contends that state law does not explicitly prohibit hand counting and challenges AG Mayes' interpretation that full hand-count audits are forbidden. He seeks a Maricopa County Superior Court ruling affirming that machine tabulation is optional, refuting Mayes' claim of illegal hand counts, and dismissing the alleged misinterpretation of the law.

Arizona for Hand Count Elections-Act Now!

The spark for this legal firestorm was the November 2023 vote by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors to determine if all 2024 election ballots should be hand-counted. Supervisor Ron Gould argues AG Mayes swiftly intervened, warning that such a move would violate Arizona law, allegedly intimidating and threatening the board and ultimately changing the outcome of the vote to 3-2 against hand counting. Gould strongly asserts that Mayes' actions changed the vote's outcome and violated Arizona law, prompting the lawsuit.

Gould's legal action isn't just about Mohave County; it has broader implications. If successful, it could grant supervisors statewide the freedom to opt for hand counting over voting machines.

The debate hinges on the interpretation of the Election Code, specifically the term "may" regarding the use of vote tabulating devices. Gould's lawyer argues that this implies the use of voting machines is not mandatory, something Act for America and millions of Arizonans have asserted with over 5 million actions before the 2022 Midterms election.

Recent developments in Arizona's election procedures have ignited a fierce debate, with this well-organized left-wing coalition taking a prominent role in pressing for changes in the 2023 revised Arizona Election Procedures Manual (EPM). They argue that election officials have faced harassment and violence, using this as a basis to advocate for more relaxed election security measures.

The coalition has outlined a comprehensive set of recommendations that cover a wide range of areas, including early voting access, detained voter rights, voter challenges, voter intimidation prevention, voting location accessibility including more drop boxes, and voter roll maintenance restrictions.

This coalition, collectively, has a budget of over 2 billion targeting Arizona (and battleground states) with the goal of turning the state blue. The top dogs to watch closely is Opportunity Arizona who is the front group for the largest non-profit dark money group Arabella Advisors and the Hopewell Fund, followed by the Sierra Club and ACLU who is heavily funding radical candidates and providing lawfare defense. Mark Elias, the number one Democrat lawyer in the nation, has his teeth set in Arizona to oppose any efforts to conduct hand count elections and any efforts to clean voter rolls or otherwise secure our elections, despite the law, and his legal budget is limitless with the backing of the DNC, Soros, and Dark Money Groups.    

Contrary to established protocol, this coalition has made a request for Secretary of State Adrian Fontes to expand the Arizona Election Procedures Manual (EPM), a request that falls outside the scope of his authority. It's essential to reiterate that the EPM is designed to serve as a practical procedural guide in accordance with existing law, and it does not grant the Secretary of State the power to enact policy changes. Instead, this prerogative solely rests with the state legislature, reaffirming the separation of powers within Arizona's electoral framework.

The Left's "Count Every Vote" movement encompasses a multifaceted approach, including opposing voter roll data maintenance, a practice vital for eliminating ineligible voters. The argument centers on Fontes' efforts to delay the implementation of voter roll updates mandated by the legislature. This delay has raised suspicions of ulterior motives, especially given the potential consequences of inaccurate voter rolls, including the circulation of tens of thousands of ballots, ballot harvesting, and fraudulent voting.

Instances of voter registration fraud in Michigan underscore the need for vigilance in monitoring election procedures, and there are concerns that similar regional multi-state operations may be at play in the Southwest, particularly in states like Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Nevada. These concerns are further compounded by the presence of well-funded, left-wing dark money groups.

Senate President Warren Petersen has issued a stern warning of potential legal action against Secretary of State Adrian Fontes regarding the latest draft of the Arizona Elections Procedures Manual. Petersen, along with House Speaker Ben Toma, communicated their concerns in a letter to Fontes, highlighting several issues they find problematic in the upcoming biennial update of the manual. Petersen expressed his apprehension, stating, "Our current Secretary of State has a history of distorting our elections laws and pushing the envelope on questionable procedures. My hope is that he will update the EPM with our corrections before submitting it to the Attorney General and Governor for approval. Failure to do so will result in legal action," underscoring the gravity of the situation surrounding election procedures in Arizona.

Ben Scheel, Opportunity Arizona

Opportunity Arizona, funded primarily by the Hopewell Fund managed by Arabella Advisors, is a left-leaning advocacy group with unclear activities beyond its website. Arabella Advisors oversees multiple left-leaning organizations, including the Economic Security Project and Get America Covered, and manages the Sixteen Thirty Fund and New Venture Fund, supporting center-left causes. In 2020, Arabella's nonprofit network recorded over $1.67 billion in revenues and $1.26 billion in expenditures, granting $896 million to left-leaning nonprofits. In 2019, these four nonprofits collectively reported $731 million in revenues.

Sierra Club - Grand Canyon (Arizona) Chapter Organizations

The Sierra Club, a prominent environmental organization, has gained political influence by advocating against fossil fuel use and supporting clean energy technologies. Their Independent Action PAC spent $6 million during the 2019-2020 election cycle, primarily supporting Democrats. In the 2020 General Election, they donated $2,137,688 to the Biden Campaign.

ACLU of Arizona

The American Civil Liberties Union Regional Center for Border Rights (ACLU-RCBR), a division of ACLU Texas (ACLU-T), actively employs legal, advocacy, and progressive community organizing methods to obstruct the enforcement of U.S. immigration laws and promote increased immigration levels. Collaborating with organizations like the Sierra Club, they oppose border wall construction, initiate legal actions against U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and U.S. Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, and work to impede the detention of undocumented immigrants. ACLU-T is the Texas affiliate of the national American Civil Liberties Union.

All Voting Is Local

Hannah Fried, an experienced Democratic operative with roles in the Obama and Clinton presidential campaigns, serves as the national campaign director of All Voting is Local. This initiative, a project of the Leadership Conference Education Fund, aims to eliminate voting barriers and boost turnout, particularly among left-leaning demographics in battleground states like Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Florida, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin. AVL strives to promote mail-in voting, expand polling and ballot drop-off locations, and engage with voters removed from registration rolls due to maintenance. In Arizona, they've focused on early voting expansion, increased polling places, and advocating for incarcerated voter rights. AVL's efforts facilitated online voter registration access for over 400,000 people and encouraged 50,000 Native American voters to vote early.

Arizona Center for Empowerment

The Arizona Center for Empowerment (ACE) is a left-leaning advocacy group, with a focus on worker organizing and Latino immigrant communities. Their priorities encompass immigration, healthcare, income equality, and public education. ACE is affiliated with Living United for Change in Arizona (LUCHA), advocating for liberalized immigration and criminal justice systems and labor union expansion. They've actively participated in voter registration campaigns, partnering with One Arizona in 2018 and 2020. Alejandra Gomez, a co-executive director, previously worked at United We Dream, an illegal immigration advocacy organization.

Common Cause Arizona

Common Cause, a 501(c)(4) progressive advocacy organization, primarily focuses on campaign finance laws, "fair redistricting," and liberal policy advocacy. They aim to restore democratic values and encourage public participation. In practice, they often oppose Republican politicians, judges, voter roll integrity efforts, and GOP-driven redistricting initiatives. Jenny Guzman serves as the national media contact for the organization based in Washington DC.

Indivisible Arizona

The Indivisible Project, a 501(c)(4) organization established in response to President Trump's election, offers a guide for "Resisting the Trump Agenda." They support the Green New Deal and oppose nuclear energy. Founded by left-wing activists with congressional experience linked to Prosperity Now, their 2018 goal was to replace officials not aligned with their views with diverse, progressive leaders. Indivisible claims representation of over 5,800 groups and has a widely accessed website. Indivisible Civics, their charitable arm, receives substantial funding from private foundations, including affiliations with organizations like Civic Engagement Fund and Center for American Progress. This organization has direct links to Obama.

Mi Familia Vota

Mi Familia Vota (Spanish for "My Family Votes") is a left-leaning organization dedicated to increasing the political influence of Latino communities by aiding immigrants in becoming citizens and boosting Hispanic voter participation. Operating in Texas, California, Arizona, Nevada, and Florida, they advocate for a path to citizenship, support DACA and DAPA policies, and spread their message through community engagement. They've criticized President Trump's immigration enforcement and oppose state law enforcement's cooperation with ICE. The Mi Familia Vota Education Fund assists in guiding immigrants through the citizenship process and promoting left-leaning social policies within the Latino community.

Mi Familia Vota supports a path to citizenship for the over 10.5 million illegal immigrants in the United States.

Progress Arizona

Progress Arizona is a left-leaning advocacy and lobbying group in Arizona, championing various state and federal left-of-center policy priorities. They're notably involved in urging Senator Kyrsten Sinema to support filibuster elimination for Democratic-led election administration legislation. Originating in 2013 with a campaign against ALEC, they advocate for left-leaning policies, oppose voter ID laws and election integrity efforts, and oppose Arizona Governor Doug Ducey (R). They actively support federal election legislation and advocate for filibuster rule removal in the Senate. Progress Arizona also operates the Progress Arizona Institute for educational purposes.

Rural Arizona Action

The Rural Arizona Project, an offshoot of the Rural Utah Project (RUP), aimed to elect a Democratic and Navajo majority to the San Juan County Commission in Utah. Led by RUP's Tara Benally, it registered approximately 6,000 predominantly Navajo voters in Utah and Arizona before the 2020 election. TIME and the New York Times credited it with helping swing Arizona's presidential election in favor of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. The Rural Arizona Project is funded through RUP, which receives support from various center-left and left-of-center organizations, including the Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance, Arizona Advocacy Foundation, Denver Foundation, Tides Foundation, Movement Voter Project, National Congress of American Indians, and National Education Association, with individual donations via Act Blue.

Marc Elias, Elias Law Group

Marc Elias, an American attorney, is well-known for his involvement in Democratic political campaigns, redistricting litigation, and election-related legal matters. He served as general counsel for Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign and John Kerry's 2004 presidential campaign. Elias is often the go-to lawyer for Democrats in close races requiring recounts or post-election litigation. Notably, he represented Al Franken in the 2008 U.S. Senate race in Minnesota, resulting in a 312-vote victory. Elias received $5M in funding from George Soros to challenge what left-wing activists view as voting restrictions. He is associated with numerous Democratic and left-wing clients at Perkins Coie, including the DNC, DSCC, DCCC, and Priorities USA, among others.

To save Arizona and potentially safeguard the nation's elections, individuals must actively participate, provide oversight, and ensure accountability in the election process. The fate of Arizona's elections rests on the shoulders of its engaged citizens, who must act decisively to shape the future of their democracy.

The most potent counterforce is the unwavering commitment of volunteers who are willing to sacrifice their time in the pursuit of their love for their country. This passionate dedication transcends financial resources and can easily outweigh the influence of a hundred hired individuals on the opposing side. It's a reminder that the true strength of any movement lies in the conviction and determination of its volunteers, driven by a profound sense of patriotism and a shared vision for the future of their nation.

Despite the initial letter sent, there have been no additional public statements from Secretary of State Fontes, leaving the situation in suspense. As this unfolds, it is anticipated that Fontes may choose to respond with silence, thereby challenging the steadfastness of the legislature in defending its constitutional prerogatives.

Break the Silence and Be Heard

Stop the Weaponization of Empty Threats by the Governor, Attorney General, and Secretary of State-Ban the Voting Machines!

On June 12th, a significant development occurred as the Arizona State Legislature passed a law HB 2722 aimed at clarifying existing statutes that grant authority to the Board of Supervisors in each county to conduct elections with up to a 100% hand count. This legislative action was prompted by our earlier Act for America grassroots initiative, prior to the mid-term elections, where over 2 million emails, phone calls, and petitions were mobilized, urging Supervisors to opt for hand count elections. During this period, then-Secretary of State Katie Hobbs issued threats of potential arrests against Supervisors if they pursued this course of action. Furthermore, County Attorneys were involved in perceived acts of intimidation and overstepping their roles, departing from their expected role of providing counsel to the Supervisors.

However, the situation took another twist when Katie Hobbs, now serving as Acting Governor, swiftly vetoed the bill that aimed to provide greater clarity to the existing election law. Despite the veto, the original statute granting counties the authority to conduct 100% hand count elections remains intact. This legal framework empowers all counties to exercise this option, regardless of the objections and threats raised by Democrats, figures like Marc Elias, County Attorneys, the current Attorney General Mayes, and the Secretary of State.

As widely reported, the Legislature took swift action to deliver on this legislation through an alternate path via Resolution.

On August 11th, Attorney General Mayes Advised County Attorneys on Manual Ballot Counting. Attorney General Mayes advised Arizona’s fifteen county attorneys that despite the assertions made by a group of legislators, Arizona statutes do not give counties the authority to count all ballots manually instead of using automatic tabulating equipment.

These empty threats from Democrats are being weaponized against the people, knowing full well that the nations SUPREME LAW, the US Constitution, grants the state legislature ABSOLUTE plenary authority to determine election laws and procedures. The question is whether the legislature has the resolve to call their bluff and FIGHT FOR AZ!  

It’s time for the people of Arizona to send a clear message to the legislature that We the People have empowered and support the legislatures passage of SCR 1037 and demand a conventional, hand count election in our state!

Arizona Leaders Accuse Fontes Of Expanding Power Of SOS, Increasing Potential Of Voter Fraud

Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes has been put on notice by Senate President Warren Peterson and Speaker of the House Ben Toma, warning of legal action in response to Fontes’ proposed draft of the 2023 Elections Procedures Manual (EPM).

The leaders allege that the draft “misinterprets Arizona election laws, unlawfully expands the powers of the Secretary of State, and subjects elections to a greater potential for voter fraud.”

On Monday, Petersen and Toma claimed Fontes “deliberately shortened the typical public comment period on the EPM from one month to two weeks, limiting meaningful feedback.” Despite Fontes’ effort to thwart input, Petersen and Toma submitted their assessment on the manual that serves as a rulebook for how county officials must administer elections in accordance with state law.

One of the most notable errors presented by the Secretary in this manual, according to Toma and Petersen, “is his unlawful delay in the implementation of a 2021 state law that helps prevent voter fraud by requiring county recorders to remove any voters registered on the active early voter list who have not cast a ballot during two consecutive election cycles and have not responded to notification from the recorder that they wish to continue participation.”

The lawmakers argue that by delaying this state law, Fontes “continues to perpetuate the issue of ballots being sent to the homes of voters who may have moved or no longer wish to participate in this process, opening the door for ballots getting into the hands of unintended individuals.”

Other key corrections submitted to the Secretary of State on the draft EPM include:

·        The Secretary does not have the legal authority to regulate voter registration procedures or deadlines on his own accord.

·        The Secretary does not have the legal authority to extend the early voting period for UOCAVA voters.

·        The Secretary inappropriately decrees that counties do not have the authority to conduct hand count audits.

·        The Secretary improperly perpetuates the use of ballot drop boxes, which have no basis in statute. Ballot drop boxes encourage illegal ballot harvesting and could present security risks.

·        The Secretary ignores directives from a law passed this year requiring instructions of Arizona’s prohibition on illegal ballot harvesting to be provided to voters who are casting early ballots.

“Our current Secretary of State has a history of distorting our elections laws and pushing the envelope on questionable procedures,” said Petersen.

“My hope is that he will update the EPM with our corrections before submitting to the Attorney General and Governor for approval. Failure to do so will result in legal action.”

Drag Queen performances are never appropriate for kids; protect children’s innocence.

Drag is adult entertainment that should remain behind private walls along with strip tease and subject to the same statutes and restrictions as all “sexually oriented businesses”. Drag performers, whether scantily dressed or fully dressed, are always sexually provocative and inappropriate for minors.

Drag entertainment has been confined to Drag Bar establishments nationwide and has always fallen under city statutes for ‘sexually oriented’ adult entertainment with strict age restrictions until recently.

A recent trend in Drag public performances marketed “for all ages” or “families” is a new phenomenon that has left many citizens shocked that authorities have allowed these events, whether in local libraries, restaurants, malls, public parks, or other locals.

Adult entertainers have never attempted to market and perform in a public setting before, catching local officials off guard. Imagine what the public reaction would be if the local gentleman’s club attempted to organize an ‘all ages’ event in the community park; it’s not done because it’s illegal!

State and City officials are fearful of attacks by the LGBT organization and community, fearful of being labeled transphobic or bigoted, failing to question the legality of these events.

Citywide ordinances for sexually oriented businesses and public decency laws that prohibit lewd and lascivious behavior need to be amended to clearly define Drag alongside Strip Tease performance to protect children and allow local law enforcement to safeguard our community.  

Arizona state has been reeling in controversy over Drag ‘Family’ events, with the Left arguing that anyone opposed to Drag events directed at minors is transphobic or bigoted, treating public Drag events as a culture war phenomenon.  

Mainstream Drag entertainment is largely opposed to performances in front of kids, arguing that Drag is “all about sex”.

Prominent Sex Neuroscientist Dr.Debra Soh, strongly warns against children being exposed to drag and used as “props to be used for political statements”.

Drag Story Hour has been the ‘camel’s nose under the tent’, attempting to make public drag appearances main stream, despite the continuous reports of Drag Queens exposing their genitals to school children in numerous cities.  

Drag performances marketed to all ages has caught officials largely off guard, and many lawmakers and city officials have felt the need to create a law to prohibit these events, neglecting to realize most states and city ordinances already have legal authority and requirement to restrict Drag to private ‘sexually oriented businesses’ that safeguard entry to adults 18 and older.

Cottonwood’s City Council Woman, Lisa DuVernay, attempted to stop a Drag tour from performing in April, understanding the inappropriateness of this event for ‘family’. 

“Since the beginning of February, I’ve made two attempts to get an Ordinance on the Agenda, but both efforts have been unsuccessful.  I am facing opposition and observing the Mayor, City Attorney, and City Manager bending rules to support their own narrative,” Council Woman DuVernay stated. Don’t let her stand alone in defense of children!

Arizona’s Legislature passed S1030 to clearly set restrictions on sexually explicit performances to include Drag, but it was promptly vetoed by Governor Katie Hobbs dubbed the “veto queen”. This model legislation should be passed as a citywide ordinance by City Councils statewide immediately.

A strong showing of local parents and residents is very effective. For those in public attendance, please submit your request for public comment to the Clerk upon arrival and prepare a 3 minute or less public comment. Please be sure to note your support of a citywide ordinance.

Act for America will be serving as a mobilization hub to connect our local ‘Ban the Voting Machines’ leadership in your districts to help get the word out to solicit mass participation to propel our local elected officials to enact 1037 and enforce constitutional election administration as defined in our Remonstrance by Affidavit.

Remember, these Supervisors need your support and empowerment to act on behalf of the people.  

A Conventional election is not a radical solution to our election security crisis.  

At least 24 Nations DO NOT use technology to conduct their federal elections including larger nations like Argentina, Australia, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
