There was a series of meetings in Kandahar and Kabul where the attack was planned. These meetings involved not only Al Qaeda but also members from the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and the Taliban, showcasing a multi-faceted collaboration.
The date for the attack, October 7, was chosen with historical significance linked to the start of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan, further illustrating the deep strategic thinking involving multiple parties.
Iran played a pivotal role by facilitating the operations through its Quds Force, with notable figures like Qasem Soleimani before his death and his successor, Mohammed Kazemi, who was tasked with protecting key figures from Al Qaeda, including Hamza bin Laden, whom the US government still refuses to declare publicly is alive.
Adams and her team uncovered evidence that significant financial support came from Iran, with specific mentioning of a budget involving millions directed towards these operations.
Al Qaeda, under Hamza bin Laden's leadership, has been pushing for an "Islamic Army" where different terrorist groups operate under one umbrella for strategic attacks. This includes Hamas, Hezbollah, and even ISIS, focusing on shared goals like attacking Israel and the U.S.
Both Al Qaeda and Iran aim to maintain a level of secrecy about their involvement in such attacks. Al Qaeda, in particular, does not claim responsibility for attacks to protect its safe havens in Afghanistan and to avoid direct retaliation.

New Orleans was settled by mostly French and Spanish pirates. Runaway slaves from the 13 colonies began migrating there, and Indians who were run off from their tribes settled with the pirates. So the city has a long history of evil, voo doo, witchcraft, sorcery, etc. because that was the spiritual nature of those who settled there. The city has been wiped out 3 times that I remember reading about. Once by plague and twice by hurricane. Katrina was a minor event, they were not wiped out by it. Senator Hewy Long of Louisiana during the 1920-30's time frame was considered the most corrupt US Senator up to his time. He was asked why he refused to ever go to New Orleans. He said that city is to corrupt for me to go there. Sodom and Gomorrah were wiped out as a warning to all who live after not to turn to their wickedness or they to would be wiped out. God's Angles couldn't find 10 righteous people in order to spare the cities. The democrat leadership hates God's people today, and if any of their cities they have been turning into Sodom and Gomorrah's end up with less than 10 righteous people, don't be surprise if those cities end up like Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Nuked!!!! It could be a suitcase dirty bomb or an ICBM, but if they get to the point of evil that S & G became, they will be fried. Tokyo and Dresden were turned into lakes of fire by the fire bombings of WWII. Yeshua warned of the Lake of Fire. Don't think I'm threatening anyone, I'm not. I'm military and as a US Marine I walked the walls of our nation keeping my eyes on the enemy and sounded many alarms, most of which I was scoffed and mocked for, and that's why they occurred. No one repented and turned to repel the enemy. Because I sounded the alarm, the blood of the innocent is not upon my head. Had I remained silent, the blood of the innocent would have been on my head. Now that I'm with the Army, I'm in the fight for my nation, instead of the world as a Marine. So I'm simply doing my duty and sounding the alarm, this is not a game, its a real life and death struggle against the forces of evil who want to put the light of our nation out so they can attack Israel with out our opposition. This is why I constantly urge our people to repent of their wicked ways, seek the face of God in prayer, so that He will heal our land. We must do the will of God not the lies of the serpent who has been destroying our people with a false gospel of fake love and tolerance to all sin.
