The Republican Primaries feature a crucial two-horse race between former President Trump and former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley. However, due to the timing of ballot printing, many states will display as many as seven candidates on the ballot.

Confusion Alert: With only 32% of conservatives actively following national news, there's a potential for confusion at the ballot box. This is particularly true in states like Florida and Michigan, where all seven names may appear on the ballot!

Outdated Sample Ballots: Surprisingly, several states have not adequately informed the public, sending out sample ballots that reflect all candidates who were still in the race as of December 2023 without any added instructions on which candidates are still running for office! This oversight, whether intentional or not, has already led to unintended choices and wasted votes.

Ballots Counting Dropout Candidates: To add to the chaos, states will be counting names on the ballot of candidates who have dropped out. This means votes could be cast, counted, and ultimately thrown away.
