Sorry. I don't buy it! In Arizona various people who lost have been saying this for years. They have brought court cases. All without evidence and all lost in court. The sites that are saying that votes were fraudulently cast, are fantasy.
If you want a hand count election, we won't know the results for months and there will be MORE chance for mistakes.
