We managed to eliminate the Voter Assistant Loophole (Pg 25) before this bill was passed; thank you all for your efforts! The other loopholes were included in the final passage of this bill which former Elias associate and DNC Attorney Bo Dul is positively giddy over. At least we know what to watch for.

As a registered voter in Arizona who regularly votes by mail, I can say this is a lot of nonsense. When a vote is received and reviewed, it shows online to the person who voted, that their vote was received and counted.

Ther are too many right wing hysterics who cannot accept that their very flawed candidate lost his election in 2020, AND his handpicked inexperienced candidates who lost their elections in 2022. Grow up people! Stop being sheep!

To paraphrase, "98% of statistics are made up!"

In Arizona, these losing candidates have been unable to provide any real proof, just made up nonsense.

Ellen, I’ve worked with legal teams on the evidence, I’ve seen first hand the verification process, and studied closely how the Maricopa software is used and how it was turned off. It’s actually widely reported by liberal and conservative news sources in Maricopa and AZ State. I’ve viewed the signature verification training videos including those on the EAC government website; you might as well not have a process because it’s done nothing but give a false sense if security when there’s not. Just because evidence isn’t published doesn’t mean it’s not there. Perhaps you didn’t see the polling that shows 20% of vote by mail voters confessing to casting at least one fraudulent voter… the Carter Foundation and widely published on mail-in ballot fraud, Nadler cried out for years on this. It used to be a non-partisan truth. Beyond that, it’s unconstitutional because it fails the chain-of-custody test that guarantees one man, one vote.
