Election laws are the sovereign business of the states, limited by the Constitution, notably the Fourteenth, Nineteenth, and Twenty-fourth Amendments. This judge has ignored legitimately enacted state law which is well within Constitutional guidelines. Judicial activism is unlawful and, in this case, illegitimate. No judge has the power to regulate voter rolls; at most, they can nullify a specific election law on Constitutional grounds, requiring the state legislature to enact new laws in agreement with the Constitutional guarantees and with the state's own constitution. Judges who exceed their lawful authority should be subjected to immediate suspension or removal upon conviction of such an act or decision.

So in short, when organized crime has been in power, they placed some of their stooges into high positions of power to help support their criminal intentions. Its not hard to understand that criminals want illegally registered voters and illegals back on the voter rolls. Criminals support criminals and crime. So don't expect them to uphold the Constitution or the rule of law because they uphold criminal activity. As Yeshua (Jesus) said, you shall know them by their fruit. Well the fruit of these judges and DOJ is being shown and its rotten, so you know they are rotten to the core and while they claim to defend our democracy and uphold the rule of law, their rotten fruit shows the opposite is true. Democratic socialism means you have the right to vote for whoever you want, but we who are in power count the votes and we win no matter how many votes you cast against us, rules for thee but not for me. So once again its the serpent using a bit of truth and mixing it with a lot of lies to further his evil agenda. I don't think many people realize that during the Revolutionary War, only about 1/3 of the colonists supported the Patriots, 1/3 were neutral, and 1/3 were Tories who remained loyal to England and fought with the British against the Patriots. Most think the war ended when the British surrendered and went home, but it didn't. The war continued on for many more years. The standing armies were no longer fighting, it was individuals and groups of Patriots fighting against Tories. Eventually the Tories were beaten seriously and those left fled to southern Florida to hide in the swamps and Key West. It was still a very fierce fight. So anyone who thinks the war is over is sadly mistaken, its just begun, we have a lot to fight for. But I still advocate nonviolence, fight the good fight, but be ready to defend yourself if physically attacked by the leftists.
